Mission

JDPP Mission Statement

The Great Reset: A 42-Month System Audit
  • 🎯
Vision: Replace stagnant bureaucracy with hyper-efficient, performance-linked governance.
  • Commitment: From Day 1 of registration — JDPP begins filing RTIs, publishing shadow audits of ongoing AP government projects, collecting citizen corruption reports, and building the public transparency database. No waiting for power.
  • 🔥
Goal: Total eradication of corruption via a clinical, time-bound Restoration Phase.
Roadmap

The 42-Month Plan

3.5 Years — Phase by Phase

Phase 1 — Months 1–6

The Great Audit

Suspension of non-performing departments and jobs (e.g. low productivity jobs).

Phase 2 — Months 7–36

Execution & Build

Massive infrastructure overhaul funded by the Transformation Fund.

Phase 3 — Months 37–42

The Handover

Once system fully reformed in Andhra Pradesh, JDPP enters the next upcoming state elections under the rules built by the party.

Employment

Open-Market Employment Model

On par with senior private job salaries — with higher accountability.
  • 🚫
Zero Permanent Govt Jobs — All public office roles are employment positions with KPIs set by the government. (Exception: APSRTC drivers, police retain job continuity.)
  • 🌐
Universal Eligibility — Any citizen can apply. Entry based on skill + experience, not just seniority. No recommendations.
  • 🔍
Govt Office Employee Role: Primarily monitoring Joint Venture work and implementing small projects. KPIs assigned by the government — performance tracked and publicly reported.
  • 💰
Private-Sector Salaries — Benchmarked to top private firms + 2-month unemployment buffer.
  • 🤝
JV Model — Medium to high investment projects done via public-private joint ventures with full transparency. Outside job role-specific engineers give ratings as a second opinion — government uses those ratings to decide whether the private company continues or not.
  • 📊
Annual external audit by CAG for every project.
  • 🏦
R&D Interest-Free Loans for companies & startups — preferred for Indians setting up in Andhra Pradesh. Pro-India stance.
  • 🚫
No Unions — Government employment operates without unions.
Accountability

Absolute Accountability — The Purge

No corrupt individual walks free.
  • ⚖️
₹1 Crore Threshold: Bribery, corruption, or Insider Trading >₹1 Cr = 5 years non-bailable imprisonment.
  • 💸
Economic Squeeze: 2× the illegal amount seized — funds go directly into government operations.
  • 🔴
Heinous Crimes: Gang Rape or rape resulting in death/vegetative state = mandatory Death Penalty.
  • 🔒
Complicity Clause: Any lawyer/official found tampering with evidence = 2-year non-bailable imprisonment.
  • 🏛️
Govt Negligence: If an individual dies due to govt service negligence (e.g. potholes, hospital failure, police violence), family receives ₹1 Crore compensation.
Enforcement

Independent Enforcement Command

State-first. Justice fully decoupled from politics.
  • 🗺️
State-Level (Primary Focus): State Police & CID report only to High Court or District Court. CM has last-priority access only for assistance — no control.
  • 🚨
CM Emergency Override: CM retains sole emergency override power over Police/CID in emergencies.
  • 👮
Police Exception: Officers receive top-tier salaries based on experience and retire by 55 years.
  • 📋
Police KPIs: Officers are required to solve a set number of cases — assigned as KPIs by the government. Performance tracked and reviewed every 8 months by courts. Only High Courts or District Courts can permanently remove police based on case and performance.
  • 🏙️
Daily Duty Focus: Every police/ACB/CID official must prioritise public quality of life — reducing public nuisance, crime rate, animals on streets, and all types of pollution.
  • ⚖️
Conflict of Interest: If any case is a conflict of interest for police or courts, another judge or officer automatically takes over the case.
  • 📍
Open Filing System: Any citizen can go to any police station in their own town, city, or village and file a complaint — no pincode linking. Online system for interactions among different police stations.
Funding

The Justice Autonomy Fund

A self-funded, independent justice ecosystem.
  • 💼
Independent Funding: High Courts manage a Justice Restoration Fund for all State Police and CID salaries.
  • 💎
50% Tax Dividend: Donors receive a 50% tax rebate. No police or officials know who donated how much — only State CM and Governors check and pay tax returns.
  • 📏
Salary Control: Chief Justice and Governors fix salary scales via market parity + 8-month performance audits.
Overwatch

Ultimate Overwatch — The Challenge Clause

No one is above the law.
  • 🎯
Power to Challenge: State Govt can challenge in the High Court if any District Court or Governor's order is found biased or blocking the System Audit.
  • 🔴
Zero Immunity at the Top: Any District/High Court Judge, Governor, or CM found corrupt (>₹1 Cr) by state investigators = 10-year imprisonment + Asset Forfeiture.
  • 📺
Ultimate Overwatch — People's Jury: All challenges handled by a random different bench (not involved in previous/present case) to avoid conflict of interest. After one day, case videos shown to citizens for awareness — only on JDPP YouTube channel.
Equality

Administrative Neutrality & Merit

The system sees performance — nothing else.
  • 🎭
Identity-Blind Systems: All govt software blinds caste, religion, and status. Only performance is visible.
  • 🚫
No VIP Culture: Zero special indicators. Uniform treatment for every citizen. Digital Neutrality across all interactions.
Welfare

The Disciplined Welfare Model

Tools, not handouts. Empowerment, not dependency.
  • Eligibility: Families with a combined household in-hand income (mother, father & children) of less than ₹2 Lakh/month.
  • 🏥
Free Healthcare: 100% free hospitals & surgeries — covered up to ₹1 Crore per family (lifetime), exclusively for AP residents (minimum 5 years domicile). Severe accident victims receive a pension for up to 1 year. All private hospitals under strict govt regulation: fees and standards benchmarked against govt institutions, standardized package rates, mandatory price display, independent medical audits, and blacklisting for fraud.
  • 🎓
Free Education: Primary to University — free. Limited to 2 children per family.
  • 🏫
Private Institutions: High regulation on private schools, colleges & hospitals — fees and standards benchmarked against govt institutions. Fee caps, curriculum standards, no management quota or donations.
  • 📊
Govt Investment Commitment: Minimum 12% of state revenue to healthcare and 18% to education — locked in for the next decade.
  • 🚫
Zero Freebie Mandate: No general pensions, no cash handouts, no free electricity.
Transparency

The Media Engine — OTT & YouTube

Radical transparency. Self-funded.
  • 📡
Transparency Network: Shows what the government is doing and about to do — CM speeches, MLA work, live audits, trials, and all government proceedings.
  • 💰
Self-Funding Model: Channel profits fund JDPP operations — zero lobbyist dependency.
Rollout

Andhra Pradesh First. Then the Nation.

A proven model that scales upward.
  • 🗺️
JDPP will first implement this model in Andhra Pradesh after winning the state elections.
  • From Day 1 of registration — JDPP begins filing RTIs, publishing shadow audits of ongoing AP government projects, collecting citizen corruption reports, and building the public transparency database. No waiting for power.
Key Pillars

Core Policy Pillars

Eight foundational pillars forming the backbone of JDPP's governance model for Andhra Pradesh.

Our Plan

How We Get to Elections

No shortcuts. No false promises. Here is exactly how JDPP earns the right to govern Andhra Pradesh.

1

1 Crore Verified Supporters

STEP ONE

Before raising a single rupee or contesting a single seat — JDPP must earn 1 crore verified public ratings via Google sign-in. No bots, no fake votes. Every supporter is a real, verified person. This is our democratic mandate from the people.

2

₹100–500 Crore Corporate Funding

STEP TWO

Once 1 crore supporters are verified, JDPP approaches corporate donors who believe in reform-based governance. Every donor and every rupee will be publicly disclosed — radical transparency, no lobbyists, no hidden deals. High public support proves viability; funding powers the campaign.

3

Contest Elections Across Andhra Pradesh

STEP THREE

With verified public support and transparent funding secured, JDPP contests the next state elections across Andhra Pradesh — under the same rules of accountability the party has built from day one.

Got Questions?

Frequently Asked Questions

Who are you and why do you want to build JDPP? +
I'm Kalyan — studied all my education in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. I've been closely observing Indian politics since 2020. What I see are two dominant, dangerous, self-obsessed political blocs: the Far Right (BJP) and the Far Left (Congress). The smaller parties — Communist, Dravidian — are limited to Kerala and Tamil Nadu. None of them are truly Pro-India.

After years of watching this, I slowly started feeling deep frustration and anger. My heart was burning — why is no one caring for their own India? Why is everyone taking it for granted? I faced a choice: forget India and leave, or stay and change it. I chose to stay and try to set it on the right path. JDPP is that attempt.

Is this political party officially registered? +
Not yet. Whether we register as a formal political party depends entirely on public response to this manifesto. If people believe in this agenda and show support, we will take the next step. This website is our first test — you are part of that decision.
Where will JDPP contest and why? +
Entire Andhra Pradesh — to start. The reason is simple: there is no clean, credible political party left in the state. Every existing party is compromised. If TDP combo and YSRCP continue unchecked, there is no future for the current generation of youth. The system is already collapsing in AP. JDPP is focused entirely on fixing Andhra Pradesh — that is the mission.
How many people are in the JDPP team? +
Currently 3 people. Small, focused, and committed. We believe in building lean and growing only with the right people who genuinely share the vision — not just political opportunists.
How much funding do you have and how do you raise money? +
We currently have ₹10 Lakhs. Funding is raised through corporate donors who believe in reform-based governance. Our long-term revenue model is the JDPP Media OTT platform — a self-funded transparency network that generates income through subscriptions and advertising, keeping us independent from lobbyists and political money.

Until we win elections, we are dependent on corporate donors and revenue from our Media OTT app and YouTube channel. We need ₹100 Crore to run a full-scale campaign — that is the target.
Can JDPP realistically compete against TDP and YSRCP? +
100% yes. Both TDP combo and YSRCP share a serious criminal record — their parties are filled with accused criminals. JDPP is fresh, aggressive, local, and Pro-India. We are not playing the same game they are. If JDPP wins, these two parties will be dismantled and their leaders — most of them — will face non-bailable jail time as per our manifesto principles. No deals, no bail.
Which national party does JDPP support — BJP, Congress, or AAP? +
None. As stated clearly — the entire political system in India is compromised, right from local departments to SEBI. There is no rule of law. There is no future for the current youth under any existing party. A complete systemic reset is inevitable. All politicians who have looted this country — regardless of party — will either face non-bailable jail or face the full force of the law. JDPP stands alone, for India.
